MODA3 is a lifestyle and clothing shop in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward. Demand for their inventory was growing beyond the walls of the store, and they needed to compete online with national retailers.
The Challenge
MODA3 had a unique problem: they needed to scale online sales to meet national competition while keeping up with in-store business. Adding products to the website was slow, inventory had to stay in sync between the shop and the web store, and their social media needed to drive more shoppers to the site.
